Today is one of the worst days. My dad caused me to have a panic attack and he yelled at me and my mom just because i wantef to get my laptop. He said he wanted to be a good father but all I'm seeing is a man who drunk too much and took it out on us. Last night he was too drunk that he didn't even lift the toilet seat to pee which caused him to pee on the floor and knock alot of things down. I just wanna regress...
