Hi, I'm Ann. I write stories that wander anywhere from dark fantasy to mystery, from political intrigue to moments that shine a light on Type 1 diabetes. I've been Type 1 since 2004, and I'm proudly neurodivergent; both of which shape the way I see the world and definitely influence my writing style and the characters I gravitate toward. I'm drawn to the "what ifs", to the consequences of our choices, and to exploring why people do the things they do, even when it leads them somewhere dark. I love eerie magic, hidden power, morally messy characters, and stories that linger after the last page. I'm excited to share my work here, connect with people, and be part of a community that loves storytelling as much as I do.
