Hello, beautiful cousins!
          
          
          Due to family problems I will be on hiatus for a little bit starting tomorrow, probably around a week or a little less. It’s nothing serious, just family fights.
          
          Does anyone have tips on how to improve your meditation? Now that it’s summer our house is rarely ever completely quiet and it’s kind of hard to focus. I might get into shifting as well, it seems interesting.
