I can't not say how much I enjoy The Nightmare Before Kissmas.
          It's just everything that I want in a book and more

I am so glad I changed the ages of the characters, because I'm the same age as what they used to be, and I can't imagine all that happening at nineteen, I don't feel like an adult, how would they feel like adults?

It's Charlie's birthday today! Currently, within the canon, they are turning 23.
          
          It's the best day to be born, because I was born this day 19 years ago also

My mom told everyone when I was born, that combining my birthday and Christmas was unacceptable.
          Her reasoning, and way to make that stick, was to ask them how they'd feel if they had a June birthday and got told that it was both their birthday and Christmas gift.
          I've never gotten a combined gift.

I suddenly remember why I wanted to go to university in Atlantic Canada 

I miss being an oblivious child who didn't know what politics were. I'd give anything to not feel this anxiety about the election of a country that I don't even live in

Funny, how I can write bad parents, not because I had that with my parents, but I just amplified my grandmother's behaviour, and wrote that

I don't like how the months are going by so fast. Like, what do you mean, I'm over halfway through my first term of university, and I'm 19 in less than two months???

Do I need to stop expanding the family tree for my character? Yes
          Am I going to stop? Probably not.
