Living with my pack of several humans of various shapes and sizes, four cats, and one tarantula. (I'm not wild about my partner's tarantula - but, the things we do for love, eh?) Clear views of the Rocky Mountains, and a yard full of sunflowers that planted themselves remind me that magic is all around! That's what helps me dream up other worlds and the possibilities that come from them. My ideas come from the everyday, the asking, "What if?", and sometimes they speak to me while I'm swimming, or knitting. I try to look at more memes, and invest more energy in Pinterest sites these days than the doom and gloom of the NY Times. Like many of the characters in my upcoming works, and so many of us, I'm trying like crazy to find and maintain balance in my everyday life between what is required, and what I desire.
