          "...Uh, Y/N... Is that your phone?" Kara asked him, her eyes narrowed on the phone that was held in Y/N's hands.
          
          Y/N kept his eyes on his phone instead of looking at her to answer. "Yeah, it's my phone" he says as he takes his eyes away from the old screen to look at his roommate, who looked rather judgy than interested. "Is there something wrong?".
          
          "Uh, yeah" she immediately replied. "Why is that your phone for one?".
          
          "Because it is? I never really figured to get a new phone, I've had this for years, and it still works, I only get new things if the last one breaks" he dropped while deadpanning.
          
          "Y/N L/N, I've known you for two weeks almost, and now I find out you have an old burner phone? Omigod, that's primitive technology!" she said with a overdramatic tone. "Like, you're missing out on the new stuff! Social media -".
          
          "Such as?".
          
          Kara immediately stopped herself, looked at Y/N with a dumbfounded look. "You're kidding, you don't know anything about social media??" she then asked.
          
          "Well, I do know social media, I just don't see myself using it. Besides, I don't really see the difference".
          
          "Heresy!" Kara gasped. "You really want to have an old, slow, primitive phone, over a faster, much more refined phone with new technology?".
          
          "...I don't get why this is a big deal" he grumbled, Kara had moved closer to see who he was texting, which was his mother. 
          
          "Trust me, L/N. It is" Kara pouted. "And I think today... We go out with the old, and in with the new, starting with that slow phone of yours, and I bet I can literally fly to the other side of the galaxy faster than the texts you receive on that phone".
          
          "Haha, very funny" said a sarcastic Y/N.
          
          "Also, you haven't even gone out since you came here, so... What will it be?"...

With DC All In continuing with its Act II that just got announced, I wanna make it clear that for Supergirl: Roommates, the story, at least on Kara's side, will be taking from canon, from before and after the upcoming stories that'll take place in Kara's side for All In Act II.
          
          I did mention DC K.O. is canon within the story and that it takes place after so, but also, the whole schtick with the Kandor stuff happening in the new arc for Supergirl Vol.8 (her ongoing run at this moment) takes place before the events that transpire with Supergirl: Roommates. So whatever happens after that, will probably follow canon in some areas or not. I can't spoil anything else as some people here haven't been spoiled on what's happening after DC K.O. with a specific character, but if you know, you know that'll also be canon and will follow up whatever event happens to that said character.
          
          As for Supergirl: The World, I will probably incorporate that into the book too, since Kara's going to Japan in one of the stories, which Y/N will definitely tag along in, I mean, c'mon, it's Japan. As for the other countries she'll be visiting? I'll see what I can do for those, but Japan is defo one I want to work into the story.
          
          In other words... Anyone thrilled to know more about the Summer of Supergirl soon? Because I am!

And by DC K.O.. I meant that event happens before this book takes place, in case anyone reads it wrong.

On another note, I should be writing the next chapter for Supergirl: Roommates. 
          
          I did get questions about the part I teased, the one with Lasagna involved, but that's for a future chapter of the story, so dw.

Will be a little late on getting the next chapter out for Gray Raven's Devil, I've been a little busy with other things that's kept me from writing, especially when it's left me tired afterward.
          
          But don't worry, I am working on the chapter, just slower than usual.
