I Know i  took quite a while to comment on your story SORRY! 
          
          Any way i like the story line yes you have a lot of Grammatical errors but as you said you are looking into it , at first i thought  your paragraphs were little a too lengthy but it looks like you have change that .
          All in all i think you are doing a great job keep it keep don't be down courage
