I started reading linamandla and I stopped reading at chapter two and I didn't even finish that chapter. Why should every black child should be from the township.like now times has evolved, we as black people are now building/buying our homes in surb areas. We no longer see ourselves as step-children of S.A that we see ourselves belonging to that area that the apartheid government "placed" black people. I am so tired of that narrative,if a black person is not from a village they from a township.Oh and my favourite is when the white man comes to save them from this forgotten place called the township that a black person belongs to.
