@Princessfun1 exactly. Maybe he'd want children later (but if not that was obviously okay too) but in that era? Absolutely not. There is that interview where, allegedly, Mary(?) said he said he'd "rather get another cat [than have a child]."  He was quite into men especially by that point.. like @Rogerinasbows1983 said, if Brian or Roger confirm it (which they probably wouldn't, as they're quite protective of Freddie/they're busy) 
            
            Also, one of these claims was by The Sun, which we know isn't accurate, but other websites say so too .
