I was feeling poetical, so here's a poem I wrote to raise SH awareness
          
          Don't cut your arms,
          Don't cut your thighs,
          Say 'no one will care',
          I know that's a lie.
          
          Put that knife down,
          And walk away,
          Please listen to me,
          'Cause when I hear you say:
          
          'I deserve this.'
          It breaks my heart.
          Your low self-esteem,
          Is pulling your own world apart.
          
          But don't do this to yourself!
          I can see your pain,
          I know that you're scared,
          But I need you you be brave.

          I know that wounds will heal,
