I forgot how bad my anxiety is. Like I forgot to take my meds today and I almost had a panic attack over loading the dishwasher. Like I got so stressed. my mom just went.
          'load the dishwasher' and my mind went
          'yeah okay but there's stuff in the sink and then there's stuff beside the sink so which one should I load first. if I load that one first it might be wrong. but then if I load that one should I load the silverware or the plates first. wait but there's also mugs. do the mugs even go in the dishwasher? If I load this wrong i'm going to be in trouble because that's mom's favorite mug. also which rack should I put this measuring cup on? Wait does that even go in the dishwasher? I should probably wash it but then mom said to just load the dishwasher. Should I ask her? No i'll seem clueless i'll be okay because i've done this before. but usually there isn't so much to load. Wait she put that with the stuff that goes in the dishwasher but i've never seen that go in the dishwasher does that go in the dishwasher?'
          and all of that happened in like 0.4 seconds and I really wanted to cry but it felt like a stupid thing to cry over.
