A companion project alongside @ProjectYou

 #ProjectHeartwork is a campaign started by Julia (@paintblotches est. Nov 14, 2015) to encourage the education of mental illness and reduce its stigma in today's society. The increased rates of people suffering mental or neurological disorders further increases the rates of suicide, one of the leading causes of death in adolescents and adults. This project is inspired by Project Semicolon, a mental health and suicide prevention organisation, to help further spread the word of struggling teens, young adults and adults, especially in the creative writing industry - where these issues have been romanticised or belittled. 

Join the Project Heartwork community today to help stimulate further knowledge of mental health and wellbeing to someone who may be unaware.
