#ProjectSpeakUp is a campaign that was founded by @-Horror_Girl- on August 6, 2016 to help those who are scared to talk, speak up.

A B O U T #ProjectSpeakUp was founded so that people can become aware that there are people out there who are afraid to talk. Certain people don't seem to acknowledge this fact, although it is an important one. 

There are some people who would say that these people "just need to talk again" then they'll feel better, and that "it isn't that hard to speak." Some people don't realize that these muted victims have reached a point where they feel as if they shouldn't talk anymore. 

Maybe they're depressed, or maybe, they just can't. Maybe they physically can't speak for one reason or another. Yet, whatever the reason for them being mute is, there will always be that one person to tell them that it isn't difficult to talk. 

So this campaign was created to tell people to speak for those who can't. Stand up and fight back for those who can't. Speak up for the ones who can't shout loud enough.
