Thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm really sorry about the slow updates on Verge but I'm so busy with school work (doing a postgraduate degree, which is currently kicking my ass). I think most people aren't aware that Verge is connected to Whore because I haven't stated it on the cover or in the description, but that's because Verge isn't exactly a Whore sequel. It's more like a sequel to everything. So for those who have only read Whore (and let's face it, that's about 95% of my readers), Verge is going to he a really strange experience, because it's not (just) about regular life events/romantic comedy like in Whore. Some parts of it are properly bizarre, but that's because I'm that type of writer (if you've seen any of the other books, you'll know this too well).
As for the first Swash-Mike scene, the main reason it wasn't written was because I couldn't trust myself to convey well into words. The full scope of it, emotions, passion and all seemed too intense to portray accurately at the time, and also would have been a little bit at odds with the tone of the rest of the book. But I do intend to write it out and upload sometime. Hopefully soon.
Anyway, thanks for reading. Hope you enjoy Verge.
