Its not that hard, you just sit and squeeze where u want the horse to go, and with a slight tug on the rains he'll listen. They're trained to move away from pressure so just the slightest nudge and the move!

Scenario:
          
           Tamaki Amajiki, is having a panic attack, because he was overwhelmed during training, Yaju, taking a break from her own training happens to come across him, knowing that he's extremely shy towards humans, she turns into a small puppy, not being able to understand him but still having her own mindset, she slowly approaches him, a small whine made to alert him of her presence, when he didn't respond she knew his panic attack had been going on for a while, she slowly walked closer and layed her head on his knee, trying her best to comfort him, eventually his breathing calmed down and he started petting her, after a while his panic had diminished, his breathing normal and even, his state of mind calm. He had picked Yaju up cuddling the small dog, actually knowing it was a student, thanking her quietly. It helps to be a certified emotional support animal when you go to a school for heroes. 
          
          
          If you would like to see more with her I may make a fan fiction about her, my friend's oc, and Koda as a trio and I need a plot so ideas people!

It's called 'Today, Tonight, Tomorrow' by Rachel Lynn Solomon, I very highly recommend it for people who like their hearts melted, fair warning, not like you haven't read it if you on this app, from pages 353 to 360 there is a shmexy scene, it's an enemies to lovers trope, about two senior year high school students, graduating, they've always been competing, over literally everything, always going at each other's throat, in a polite way, but they're forced to team up to take down their other classmates in a special graduation game that takes them all around Seattle for a last day tour till they go to college, Today, she hates him, Tonight, she tolerates him, Tomorrow, she loves him
