Life is crazy, beautiful, and ever changing. We are just dozens of humans going about our lives, falling in love, and sharing beautiful moments with one another under a never ending expanse of stars. One never knows when their life might change suddenly, but despite what may happen, we keep moving forward. As much as we would like to think we are invincible, we are not. Things can  happen. Specifically, cancer can happen. I never could have imagined what would happen when my best friend was first diagnosed with a brain tumor, much less how it would affect all of us, and how much we would grow and be strengthened through the hardships. We may be only a blip in time, but I'd like to believe that we are an important blip- one that while we live out our lives, we are able to touch those around us with kindness, and spread love. Hardships can occur, and through these difficulties I am constantly reminded of the importance of being there for others, and the impact kindness can make in one's life.
