Hello again lovelies,This is kinda urgent so I'm my brother has these pills called Alprazolam and I'm a bit worried could anyone tell me what they basically do I don't want him possibly killing himself

Hi love! I looked up Alprazolam on google, and this is what it came up with 
            
            Alprazolam, sold under the brand name Xanax, among others, is a short-acting tranquilizer of the triazolobenzodiazepine class, which are benzodiazepines fused with a triazole ring. It is most commonly used in short-term management of anxiety disorders, specifically panic disorder or generalized anxiety disorder

Anyways,my mother yelled at me for something that we both do when I brought that to her attention she yelled at me and threatened to beat me,she also yelled at me for stinking but when I put deodorant on I still "stink". At one I have an appointment with my psychiatrist,and I wanna tell her but Ii don't want to anger her more. She even said she's beginning to hate me just like my sister who abandoned us. Kinda obvious she doesn't care about me,she never did. She always said she didn't care about my feelings and I thought that was normal. I wanna call someone but I don't wanna be taken away plus I don't know who to call
