HERES MY DILEMMA. I haven't touched genshin in who knows how long but I'm very invested and caught up in the lore and story line of genshin. I feel like I need to actually play it and experience it  really write the characters but at the same time, i've read about every character lore available :DD
          
          I love writing genshin fics but It really takes someone out of the experience of reading said fic if information is incorrect you know? ooc if you will. It's understandable when it's ooc for the sake of a story but theres a limit to HOW ooc it can be.
          
          ex. I would be honestly disinterested in a fic where albedo is this super happy chipper, bubbly, guy when it's widely known that he's a solemn character with limited emotions (though emotions are present). It is understandable if albedo would show hints of admiration and love towards another character if that is the motive. 
          
          And although other au's do call for a lot of creativity and ooc, they need to work together and make sense even if it's not following the original story. In other words, ooc needs to be done purposely. HEadcannons done right?
          
          What is your opinion on this? does it take you out of the experience are are you fine with it? It's just been one of my pet peeves for a while and I don't want to find that in my own works because i read them too ya know?
          ooc and derailization of the storyline is perfectly fine for fanfics, but to a point, it is just too much without explanation. HOW does it get to this point? WHY?

Will there be mistakes in this chapter? yes. Are there mistakes in this chapter? absolutely. Are those two the same exact question??? uh huh. Will I fix them? perhaps…
          
          you might’ve been waiting weeks for this one small chapter but..I um..whoopee its out now? 
          
          I’m currently working on an animation. I know, thats a SHOCKING 180 FROM WHAT IM DOING RIGHT NOW. I got into digital art a couple of weeks ago and im still learning clip studio paint and all that. I want to be able to draw my favorite characters, my little headcannons and personal fanfic ideas, BUT MOST OF ALL I WANT TO ANIMATE IT. I completely suck at animating and drawing right now but just you wait. I shall be the next Picasso. This animation that im working on is for a project. It will have its own little oc’s and what not but im terrified of actually animating that idea. 
          
          anyways, thanks again for reading this tedtalk. hopefully I wont die again. 

as much as i dunk my old writing (literally theres not much of a difference uhh) its actually pretty okay.

i wonder if ppl realize (and correct me if im wrong) that based on the scene where lumine is running through a supposed destroyed Khaenri'ah 500 years ago, people who write their characters at a time during the destruction or archon war can essentially have them meet lumine from before the main storyline starting with Aether. I think that would really add some depth into the story. just me though. I have no idea how accurate that is to the lore
