Well, I finally got a new chapter finished and uploaded onto Wattpad - yay!!! It's taken a lot longer than I thought it would. For most of the summer I've been battling a bad fibromyalgia flare up, and the heatwave that we had in the UK certainly didn't help. 
          Then the end of the summer just got crazy! I'm in a choir. It's called Rock Choir and over the last 13 years it has grown into a monster with local choirs all across the UK. Well we've had a rather exciting time recently, which used up most of my energy & pain tolerance. Firstly, we were invited to perform at the world famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival - different Rock Choirs every night. It was awesome & I went on an aeroplane for the first time in 15 years! 
          Then our local choir that I belong to, was asked to go down to London to record backing vocals for someone rather famous for their new album. Can't tell you who until they announce it's release (sorry!), but it was both terrifying and exhilarating. Then finally, 10,000 Rockies (what we call ourselves) were invited by the BBC to join in the Proms In The Park which is part of the world famous Last Night Of The Proms. All the choir leaders performed on stage whilst the thousands of Rockies flashmobbed the audience in Hyde Park, London. It was an amazing experience!
          As you can imagine all this was very tiring, but with the fibro? Let's just say I almost went into hibernation!! I'm finally awake and my brain seems to have been inspired to write again.  So, let's see what the autumn brings us and fingers crossed that my brain stays online and Hunting For Silence continues to be as awesome as it has been so far.

Just a quick message to apologize for the lack of story updates. I have been struck down by a nasty winter bug and am stuck in bed feeling very sorry for myself - suffering from Fibromyalgia makes these things harder to get over and I've not been fit enough to write or upload.
          As soon as I am well enough then I will get the next couple of chapters of Lost Treasure up. Thank you for reading my story and for commenting too. Apologies again and I hope that you keep fit & healthy!

Hello Wattpadders!
          
          I hope that you have all had a very Merry Christmas if you celebrate it in your culture or part of the world. If not, I still send you my warmest greetings and hope that everyone is well and that we all have a peaceful New Year.
          
          I have uploaded chapter 8 of Lost Treasure, and it's from Karim's POV which I hope you will find interesting. My story is heading towards 2000 reads which I never expected to happen. Huge thanks in part have to go to Sir Rob himself who was very kind and added it to his Storm & Silence fanfic list.
          
          Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read my book, and I'm sure that (like me) you are very excited at the progress in Silence Breaking. I have a feeling that 2018 could be a very interesting year for Lilly and Ambrose.

Oh my gawd!! My fanfic has just passed a thousand reads! I didn't expect that and certainly not so soon. Thank you to everyone who has read Stolen Treasure so far and I hope you're enjoying it.
          Sir Rob himself has even added it to his fanfic list which makes me feel truly honoured and want to scream like a teenage girl. I am currently snowed in in the centre of England, so I'm hoping to finish writing the next chapter very soon - it's almost done. If the snow stays around then I hope to crack on with the next few chapters too as they are all planned out in my head.
          I hope it's warmer where you are! Take care my friends.

OK, after more than a month of umming & ahhing about whether to share my Storm & Silence fanfic online, I've finally persuaded myself to go for it! The novel length adventure is called 'Lost Treasure' and as soon as I've created a cover I'll upload the first two chapters. I think they maybe a bit long, but I'll see once I get started.
          Then I'll start on the short stories & one-shots book as my notebook is rapidly filling with ideas that I'm itching to expand. Then all I have to do is find some readers. I love the supportive nature of the Storm & Silence fan community, so I hope some of you will give my work a chance.
