Your story is intriguing

Ilana, I just finished The House Guest and thoroughly enjoyed it! I love the way the story resolved, it left the book with a great theme about the joy of living in reality. I just have to ask---did you intend for it to reference Love and Friendship and Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen? The time periods and themes are so similar, and I just loved seeing the little references in the character names and the chapter name "Love and friendship." But maybe it's a total coincidence, lol! I would love to know. :)
