@LES-BRACHIOSAURUS Look at what your long term goal in life is, while making sure it's realistic (no becoming a full biological unicorn, even if it is tempting) and make short-term goals that can lead you to that goal. For example, if you want to create a new education system, your first goal could be to complete school and notice all the visible flaws, then work as a teacher or somewhere there is teaching and take notes of and flaws that are going on, and so on. I'm sorry that this may not be what you were looking for, but I promise I wrote this with the right intentions...
