FIRST STORY PUBLISHED!! | Afloat: Kol Mikaelson
This story is part of an interconnected series called BLOOD, MAGIC, & BONE. It’s the first book in this series— and begins in S1:E1 of The Vampire Diaries.
••• IMPORTANT •••
The series will consist of multiple books all told within the same universe: I’m planning on an OC X each Mikaelson brother. Each OC will have a seperate background and will manipulate and change canon events dramatically as their existence affects the stories and plot lines of the TVD and The Originals timelines.
As each book is published it would minimise spoilers if you read them side by side within the timeline -
••• EXAMPLE •••
Adeline(OC#1)’s story begins in S1:E1.
Navi(OC#2)’s story officially begins in S2:E1.
Therefore, when Adeline’s story (Afloat) reaches S2:E1, Navi’s story will be separately published in her own book and updated simultaneously so as to minimise spoilers. These two stories will be intertwined, so it would make sense to read Adelines S2:E1 chapter, then Navi’s S2:E1 chapter, then return to Adeline’s story to read the S2:E2 chapter and read that alongside Navi’s S2:E2 chapter.
Then Maz(OC#3)’s story officially begins in S3:E1.
Therefore when Adeline’s story (Afloat) and Navi’s story (TBD) reach S3:E1, Maz’s story will be separately published in her own book and updated simultaneously so as to minimise spoilers. These three stories will be intertwined, so it would make sense to read Adelines S3:E1 chapter, then Navi’s S3:E1 chapter, then Maz’s S3:E1 chapter, then return to Adeline’s story to read the S3:E2 chapter and read that alongside Navi’s S3:E2 chapter and Maz’s S3:E2 chapter.
Etc. etc.
If that makes sense.
