I really don’t get why authors don’t mention if they are on hiatus or they are not going to update their book anymore. A simple message that they are going on a break or they are leaving Wattpad would do so much good to the readers. It’s just so annoying to check again and again if the book is completed or if the author is coming back!!  As readers, we deserve atleast this much.

@diyas-writings  i know and i understand. I understand we all have life outside Wattpad. But just one update about their book is all i am asking. I have no problem on authors going on break, discontinuing their books , leaving Wattpad but just please let us know. And i am writing this after so many of us readers have tried reaching our favourite authors via every social media accounts they have mentioned.

@Qamarunisa Writers are human too, hun. No writer ever wants to quite their book unless they have reached their breaking point. I know it frustrating sometimes but... sometimes those people depend on you all to keep going. IDK try to reach them via Instagram, email or something, maybe?
