Alright guys I've rewritten chapter one of The Creep Down the Street, what do we think so far?

Hi everyone!! Hope everyone's doing well! 
          
          I know it's been forever, but I'm finally back and ready to start writing again! I need y'all's opinions on something really quick if you don't mind, regarding The Creep Down the Street...
          I'm rewriting some of it and trying to solidify the characters a little bit and had a thought: Since the book is called the "creep" down the street, how do y'all feel about the guy being a bit older than the girl, and if so how much older would y'all be comfortable with? Or would that be too weird lol?  I would love some input on this! :)
