Saw on your message regarding their wife I have read both the 2 books there was not much character development and the ending was rushed in my opinion . They mistreated so her so bad in the first book and if you are a fan of groveling from male leads then it's not worth it . Besides the mate bond was forced upon her and it seemed that she doesn't have any actual control in my opinion.
