I think we all underestimate the value we all get in the process of Questioning.
Taking time to consider who you find aesthetically pleasing, who you find attracted to, and who you're sexually pleased with, as well as what you feel comfortable in defining yourself, is all very important and a key to a rather happy life.
Even if you live with homophobic parents, siblings, family members, or are surrounded by it, at least you've found yourself.
I speak from personal expirence that it's mentally straining trying to shove yourself farther into the closet.
For example, I just came back from Wisconsin, where I went to a religious camp, and my favorite counselor there is do clearly gay.
The way he interacted with people, how he walked, talked, and the whole package. It was so obviously there.
Now, my sister started a rumor that he had a crush on another counselor, and I tried very hard to ignore how clearly she was crushing on him.
The only reason I'm telling you this, is because today they just started a relationship together, and it hurts me a lot to try and think of being surrounded by these strict religious beliefs, and trying to convince yourself you're straight.
So please, if there's even one small echo where you're questioning yourself, please take the time to discover how you feel. It is very vital for your health, and how happy you'll be in the future.
Love you all <3
