As a lifelong innately talented writer, I always loved escaping to other worlds and other people. Since I was a teenager I've been obsessed with Jim Morrison and the 1960s as a whole. At 34, I'm far from having experienced it myself, however years of endless research have gotten me as close as I could possibly get. I believe I have pieced together who the real Jim Morrison was and I believe my novel explores him as a human being, not a rockstar shrouded in myth.
