The problem has been solved finally but not by Wattpad but by a Wattpad user. I saw that Wattpad has an instagram account and when I visited to complain there about my issue I have found that it is not only me but many users are facing this and I guess most of them are indians. Then I accidentally clicked on a comment where I got the solution. The solution I am mentioning here, so that if anyone is facing the same problem they can solve it. 
          
          1. Go to the setting on your phone and click on the search option.
          
          2. Type DNS and open private DNS option.
          
          3. Type dns.google.com and save it.
          
          4. Then open your Wattpad account your problem like this will be solved.
          

If Wattpad will not solve my problem then I will delete Wattpad. 

Hey guys I know many of you are waiting for an update. Recently the final exam of my students is finished so I thought that I will start writing again but Wattpad has started its "sasta nasha" I am unable to write my stories because it's not there in the writing section, I am unable to read any story, the stories are not opening and the books which are saved in my library are not there as well. I have tried everything logged out logged in, uninstalled and installed as well recently I have updated Wattpad as well but nothing is happening. I have complained about it in their help and support category but they are not solving my problem. And it is not only happening with my account but I have opened another account from another phone it is happening there as well. I don't know what to do I ask @Galacticscribe Harsh Bhai to see whether he is able to read my stories or not he said he is able to read it. Now I don't know when Wattpad will solve my problem. My hard work has vanished.
