Rape, a four letter word, but the pain behind it is as deep as an ocean. 
          
          The rape case that happened in Dr RG Kar medical hospital, Kolkata has stunned the whole country. The trainee female doctor was brutally raped and murdered inside the campus but the saddest part is the hospital management tried to cover it by saying that it was a suicide and the police didn't let the parents see their daughter's dead body. The hospital management tried to remove the evidence as well. I mean the college management and the police are also human beings right they didn't even think that if the same thing happens with their family members then. Why didn't they feel the pain of the victim and their family. And this is not just one case, many cases are pending in the court who didn't get justice. 
          
          In my city there is a small place named Maango, a 3.5 years nursery student was raped by her van driver, the police arrested him. I mean people always say that the girls wear inappropriate dress that's why they get raped and tried to justify the rapist. What justification they will give for the rape of a 3.5 years old girl or a 8 month old baby?. 
          
          That's why I always say that we should train the girls in self defence and didn't wait for someone to come and rescue them. We should be self sufficient to protect ourselves and others as well. And there should be strict laws against this, if the crime of a rapist proved then they should be hanged to death as we all know that there are some girls who put false cases against boys. Lastly I wish all the rape victims get justice and our country would become a safe place for girls.
