@Samsmiles Illustrator and Photoshop are programs at about $600 each! Photoshop is a program that helps you manipulate and edit photos. Every image in a magazine has been photoshoped, that's how they get rid of blemishes and make people look thinner on magazine covers. Illustrator is more for drawing. Like the drawings on my blog...I used illustrator.

@QueenbeMonyei Thank you! Yes it did help! I would just like to say 'WOW' for creating such an amazing cover. I could have never made anything like that but I can try :L Thanks for answering my questions so quickly!

          2. I took a picture of a glass bottle
          3. Photoshop and Illustrator
          5. Well it has gone through a lot of editing and stages but the base of it took about a day or two.
          6. I used special brushes for the smoke effects.

I just have to say that I think your cover for Nalia is absolutely stunning!?!? I've just started reading and I'm loving every chapter! I just had a few questions on how you made the cover, you don't have to answer them hehe, I'm just curious as to how someone made a cover that beautiful. Okay so the questions are going to be in a list if that's okay?
          1. Did you make the cover yourself?
          2. Where did you get the image/potion bottle graphic from?
          3. What programmes did you use to create the cover?
          4. How long did it take you to do it?
          and finally
          5. Were there any special effects or tools you used to create it.
          
          Unless you paid/asked someone else to make it for you... :D
          I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the book, and, when I can afford it, this book is going to look great on my shelf ;D
