Hi everyone, I've removed The New Merlin from Wattpad, simply because I don't love the way that publishing works on this site and I find it frustrating that it creates errors. My work, which has been completely updated (unlike the one here) is on my AO3 account under the same username @QueenKnightmares and the final part of this work is currently being published with a new chapter every 3-5 days. <3

Have I been absent for a month? A travesty.

HI EVERYONE, happy random tuesday, I've been doing a lot of work on this over the last few weeks and I know it's been a while since I've updated but there's been a lot of activity so I will be updating the last 2.5 CHAPTERS of the most recent part of TNM so you can all give it a read. THERE WAS A SECTION ADDED TO THE END OF FINAL WORDS - which is now entitled 'A Dam Broke' because it is no longer the last chapter of this part. HAPPY READING

I have such a hard time writing argument scenes cause I grew up in a household where emotions were strictly taboo and now I’m emotionally crucified 

Hi everyone - you may have noticed that the most recent part of TNM has been unpunished. I’ve been doing so much editing that the story is no longer congruent with the later chapters but as I continue to edit I will publish more chapters. I’m really proud of the changes I’ve made so check them out ;)

editing.... editing forever and ever and ever

Hello friends, I have some sorta bad news for you all. I won't be adding a new chapter of TNM on Fridays for a few weeks.  I know timing is bad cause we're right in the thick of it, but as I've been working on a MAJOR editing endeavor and it's taking up ALL of my time. Imagine trying to edit 670 pages. BUT the good news is that I will resume my Friday updates once I reach our current chapter and I am currently 9 chapters into part 4 so not too much more to go. MORE good news is that editing has made this story and the characters way more consistent and way more interesting. if you haven't read this novel yet and are waiting for me to finish it, go to my AO3 (same username) and you won't have to worry about wattpad occasionally deleting words and phrases from every post. Okay toodles

HELLO I know its Friday but I have undertaken a HELLA workload when I started editing TNM start to finish and there is  A LOT to do so I fell behind on the new chapter this week. I won't make you wait until Friday, but it might be a Sunday/ Monday post <3
