There's a boy in my class
          That told me I was smart
          I wish he could see
          That I'm really not gifted
          Because I don't like feeling like
          I did nothing to earn it
          I told him I really dont know
          How my score is so high
          And he told me 
          It was because
          He's black
          And I'm white.
          I told him
          I don't understand 
          Why melanin depicts
          How smart I have been?
          He didn't answer,
          And I still wonder,
          What's wrong with anyone's skin?

I was sitting in my friends house when he looked me dead in the eyes and said, "do you ever just want to bang someone's kid against a wall? Is that normal?"
          I got really scared and choked on my drink and screeched a "wtf"
          And he just rolled his eyes and said, "I know you well enough to know that whatever the fuck you thought you heard was completely off topic and probably mentally disturbing. I said "do you ever want to bang someone's head against a wall." Pay more attention, I'm not a complete IED."
          
          I was questioning his mental state now I'm questioning mine.
