Okay so I have recently read this book Awakening To Life and it has made me realize that while adults have cancer tons of other people do to. In the book it is about a a seventeen year old girl who dies of cancer she never got to live a normal life, she never got to experience a normal childhood, growing up getting married graduating highschool getting a job. It makes me realize that while I may have many hardships in life we should all still enjoy the life that we have even though it is not the best. It reminds me that just because I am healthy doesnt mean that there arent others who are as well. Cancer is something that has affected me in my life in many ways from all different sides. It has taught me to value life and everything that I have. It reminds me that there are children out there that have died or are dying from cancer. That there are many people out in the world fighting to continue living and some succeed while others dont. It encourages me to help out others that are need to keep my chin held high and to continue forward no matter what. Cancer is something that we all should fight together to overcome because it affects every single one of us at one point in our life.
