For your rewrite of Superman’s Hero Academia, there should be like references to Superman movies and tv shows. Here’s a scene of Clark meeting Izuku for the first time. This scene is inspired by the James Gunn’s Supergirl clip of Kara meeting Clark. 
          
          Clark: "Hey, you okay?" 
          
          (Izuku looks up from the ground, rubbing his nose, blinking up at the broader, bespectacled boy who just offered a hand.) 
          
          Clark: "Hi there." 
          
          Izuku: (Scrambles backward slightly, bowing his head quickly while stuttering in rapid-fire, nervous Japanese) "Ah! G-Gomen'nasai! Daijobu desu! Ano... Kimi wa...?" 
          
          Clark: (Rubbing the back of his neck, blushing slightly) "Oh, I’m sorry. I don’t. Uh, I don’t, um. Haha, I don’t speak Japanese. I I didn’t ever… Shoot. I I wasn’t raised here, so. I wasn’t raised here! Why am I talking louder? Uh, let me help you.” 
          
          (Clark reaches down, gripping Izuku’s hand. He applies less than a fraction of a percent of his strength, carefully lifting the smaller boy back to his feet as if he weighs absolutely nothing at all.) 
          
          Izuku: (Dusts off his uniform, takes a deep breath, and nervously switches languages) "Ah! Thank you very much! I am... okay!" 
          
          Clark: (His eyes widening behind his round lenses) "Oh, you speak English." 
          
          Izuku: "Yes! I study all of All Might's West Coast interviews! His grammar is very distinct!" (Izuku replies, his eyes shining with standard fanboy intensity, completely surprising Clark with how fluid his pronunciation is for a local teenager.)

Okay I have now decided that there will be a bit of a story overhaul for the Heroes of Tomorrow rewrite. 
          
          UA will now be an international school and there will be a few other worldbuilding things changed. one of them being that A.R.G.U.S. and the H.P.S.C. will be working together. Heroes from the JSA will be spread out in the timeline. Also the meteor shower that came with Clark will have more of an effect on the world. Also more DC characters will be thrown into the mix. Unfortunately that means that some characters from the OG cast gotta go, first on the list is Mineta 
          
          If you guys got any ideas for what DC characters you wanna add to the class go  ahead, I already have Barry Allen locked in as one.

I was thinking maybe they could react to the Batman 2004 animated series. The script for the show is online, so you can copy it and add the reaction dialogue. Their is a lot they can learn from the show. Like how skill, planning, and advanced weaponry can triumph over any superpower. Also that doing what is necessary for the greater good is more important than following the rules of a flawed syestem. Also for the Riddlers challenges, it will teach them that intelligence is as important as brute force.

So, in Superman’s Hero Academia, Lex and Clark were friends, before enemies. I actually like this concept, it reminds me of Orion Pax and D-16’s friendship, before they became enemies. I’m gonna guess this what their friendship was like.
          
          The Friendship: Lex views Clark as his moral compass—the only person who likes him for his mind rather than his money. Clark sees Lex as a lonely genius who just needs a friend.
          
          Right or Wrong

I think you should add other DC characters for your Rewrite of Superman’s Hero Academia. Because Clark should have his own team and a team to fight during Hero Combat Basic Training at Training Ground Beta. 
          
          Example: (Hero Team) John Stewart & Shayera Hol vs. Clark Kent & Rex Mason (Villain Team)

          What about the MHA cast reacting to other kind of heroes....maybe not with cape but other types of heroes....war heroes, undercover heroes (spies) etc etc etc...and law heroes, here are my suggestions 
          
          MHA cast reacting to Hacksaw Ridge or Saving Private Ryan (iny opinion I think Hacksaw Ridge would show that you can still save people without throwing a single punch)
          
          MHA cast reacting to the Kingsman Trilogy (How you don't need superpowers to save the world and showing how people with interests on really saving the world can break frontiers if people work together like how it was showed in the prequel The King's Men)
          
          MHA cast reacts to Robocop (it can show that even when the situations are looking bad human spirit can overcome the odds)
