They said they couldn’t do anything 

Check back and if they give you a automated message saying they can’t do anything 
            
            Make a new ticket and wrote what I would say 
            
            ‘A scammer duped me into changing my email and than locked me out of my account and they began contacting my friends to scam them.
            
            I submitted a support ticket but the bot closed my old ticket without offering any support. And I am opening a new ticket so a person could see this.’

I did unfortunately get scammed by it. I hope I can get my old account back 

Yeah and warn discord about it so I can get my account back 

I asked the hacker where we meet and they just gave a vague answer based on dms I think rather than saying we meet on wattpad
