My dad made me go to a therapy type session. He didn't tell me before hand he just took me there and said he was going to talk to someone and wanted me to come with and then he left me there with a therapist while he  went back to the car and waited for me to finish the session. It was actually quite fun and she was really understanding when I didn't really want to answer some of the questions she asked so I might end up going back for another session and I'm looking forward to it.
