          I'm trying to find this book when the boy mc rebirth to the past and didn't have any sickness but due to seeing his step brother which is the cause of his death
          , he suddenly had this unknown disease.
          His father is the duke who is in a war and they were both adopted to the streets in the slums but they are step brothers. The mc plan was to fake his disease and eventually run away.

Hi author! Just want to leave a comment about how absolutely wonderful your book "Life of a Killer" is, I think I've already read it before and yet I don't seem to get tired of it.
