[22:41] A monorail train caught fire and crashed in New Bronx at 22:30, killing twelve and injuring several passengers and a bystander.
This evening at 22:30, an Araxx monorailer caught fire at the border of the districts Neo Akiba and New Bronx in Port Arc City. After an explosion of unknown cause within the train, the front carriage immediately caught fire and broke off of the rails just seconds later, pulling the second carriage down with it. The train crashed through a pedestrian bridge several meters below and slid along the street beneath for several more meters, coming to a halt just before a deep drop. All seven passengers in the front carriage were killed, only three survived in the second one. Additionally, one pedestrian crossing the bridge was injured. No drivers on the street were harmed. All injured are stable and will survive, although some may be heavily incapacitated. All were registered at a health company and were brought to the nearest appropriate hospital. The Emergency Force arrived and started operation at 22:32. The Civil Order Investigation Department (COID) stated it started investigation at 22:36.
