A lot of shows/movies will create things based on original canon material. But, if they don't like it they'll ignore canon and make sh** up. If the source material has any of the ism's and phoics, get rid of them and add in better elements. These reason these shows are failing is bc when you make things up it doesn't work. ( I'm talking about the witcher on netflix.)

I feel like a lot of todays tv shows/movies are a**. I'm done with these remakes, like fr you dont need a sequel to things for example beetlejuice. These studios NEED to make their own content along with paying their writers. I feel like because they keep creating remakes when our generations look back they won't see anything but remakes along with bad writing-
