Your work sounds wonderful. I envy you your extra knowledge of police procedure etc. Right now I'm reading up for a comic thriller I want to write about a serial killer. I know that sounds like it's in terrible taste, but I'm only at the brainstorming stage. Who knows what will result, or whether it will be fit for public consumption. First I have to finish off Feeding Frenzy (the story that doesn't know if it's a thriller, a comedy, or a paranormal intrigue). Maybe you can give me some pointers on how to write 'funny.'
