I've been thinking about what you said about Weiss encountering Paxton Fettel and I think I know how or when. 
          
          While Weiss and the others was looking for Ruby and
          
          Blake, Weiss searches through the alleyway until she got knocked down and that's when he says this.

          I changed the setting in the previous chapter where it takes place a day BEFORE Volume 2 of RWBY VCAU. The same day as "The Newcomers and the Stray". What do you think of that idea?

Okay, I'm currently underwork of Garcello Arc's new chapter, where he meets Jackson again. How should it go?

I've been thinking...I like to have TF-63 become part of the Dante's Battalion. They used to be part of the Syndicate along with TF-27 until later on TF-27 Director ordered 106 to execute the wounded. After they turned against the Syndicate and became part of Horizon, they all died.

I kinda have some theories about Leandros that I have to share.
          
          1: His constant suspicion of Corruption, maybe before he joined the Ultramarines his world was taken by Chaos so damn quickly. He witnessed it before evacuating and his planet was exterminated. That caused him to be suspicion of everything.
          
          2: The way he wraps himself around the Codex. Maybe he keeps sticking to the rules himself and reminds others about them, was because he watched too many of his battle brothers die due to recklessness and insubordination.
          
          (Those are just me theories, Ofcourse.)
