Well, on top of the time-traveling abilities, wrist blasters, jet boots and teleportation; Spanner in my story is capable of creating energy constructs, though he's limited to a blade that comes out from his wrist blasters along with a shield. He's also capable of "Glitch-Stepping" where he quite literally glitches through time up to 10 seconds in order to dodge attacks.
His gauntlets and boots are capable of charging up energy for powerful punches or kicks, similar to One For All's style of smashing, though Ken prefers kicks for the most part.
Hyper Time Skip is another ability he has, where he enters the flow of time and projects solid-vision holograms of himself, creating multiple portals and reappearing to the enemy as he's attacking in order to hide his true location. Though if all the holograms manage to hit them, the attack will be even more devestating.
Omni-Rider Kick is one of Spanner's finishing moves, where he focuses all the energy he has into his foot for a sure-kill kick.
Blazing Green Overdrive is is when he charges the Omni-Rider Kick move to 1,000%, creating an even more devastating attack that he can only use once.
Of course, there's V.I.R.T.U.E., the built in AI-System that assist Ken with identifying time anomaly's and assists him with the best course of action, as well as handling his defenses for him.
And lastly, the Time Shifter Spanner uses has a special function that prevents too many versions of him existing at once should he return to the future and realized its been changed.
