Yesterday in my communication skills lecture, teacher wanted to tell us "how brain processes messages only in positive way". So he told us to close our eyes for 10 seconds and kept saying "don't think about monkeys!" And asked what we thought. Most of the people thought about monkeys as per the concept and lost.
