Omg I love ursula beginning. It was amazing I saw the little mermaid in a different light. Like I understand the movie better. You are an amazing writer I would literally buy this as a paper back. Netflix movie is needed or series of your work. I'm just sad you don't have a better following. You deserve it momma. Reread the book without voting but I'm gonna vote can't read and not support so. Love love your writing.

The book "Ursula's beginning" is a masterpiece, exquisite and beautiful albeit beautifully tragic. I believe the writer has outdone herself with this one! I truly really loved the story, and it is now forever close to my very heart ♥

I’m reading Ursula’s Beginning, and why isn’t this already a Disney movie?! Love the story, and I have decided it’s Ursula’s back story - at least for me.
This isn’t Disney, but I’ve read all but one of Gail Carriger’s books and love them. She has contacts for agents and stuff on this page. She also uses octopuses in her books.

I'm glad Wattpad exists, because apparently I cannot write fiction unless I know people are waiting on me to deliver something. I haven't touched Beautiful Beasts in 4 months! So, although I wanted to wait until it was complete before posting chapters (so that I could roll them out on a nice schedule), it looks like I need to just start putting things up as I go along. Expect something on Sunday. :D Beautiful Beasts is a retelling of "Beauty and the Beast", drawing from both the 90's Disney cartoon and the live action remake they did a few years ago. I'm imagining how this story could play out in the real world, so I've taken the fantasy/magical elements away. But I hope it enchants adult Disney fans nonetheless. :)
@NerissaRuthBustos Thank you! Yes, it's sad. I'm always interested in how different readers interpret it...you're right about Triton's mother being a big issue. But so was Ursula's impatience to have her way, right? Hmmm....and then there's the whole issue of her destiny. Ephram said being with Triton wasn't one of the options and she wasn't willing to listen. Thanks for seeing it through to the bitter end! :D
