Hello there! I'm Rae 🌸

I'm a long-time reader of fanfiction and, once upon a time (a very, very long time ago), a fanfiction writer myself. Now, I mostly write on the Notes app on my iPhone and re-read my own stories like the weirdo that I am.

It doesn't help that I have ADHD, which means my drafts and ideas are scattered across different devices (and usually not titled or in order - so I always have to sift through them and rework them until I am fully satisfied). I also tend to jump between timelines, but I promise you - we'll get there!

After a long time of keeping things to myself, I'm finally publishing something: The Butterfly Effect. 

It's the beginning of a series/universe, and I'm so excited to share it with you. Here's a sneak peek at some upcoming works in the series:

I write stories with developed characters whose emotions are grounded in reality, so they feel real and relatable - especially to those facing similar situations. 

I enjoy building on a single universe, weaving in layers of depth and nuance, exploring different aspects of life, and creating characters that grow through their choices and experiences.

As for me, I work full-time and study part-time at night, so I apologize if my updates aren't as frequent as some others. But I genuinely appreciate your patience and support. 

I'm so grateful to have you along for the ride, and I hope you'll stick with me as I continue to share these stories.
