Heya! I'm Rai!
I've been thinking up and scribbling out stories since way back in elementary school, but I didn't actively have a go at writing a real book until 7th grade, and even then it wasn't until my last year of high school that I came to the realization that I wanted to pursue being an author for a living. Until that point I actually wanted to be a veterinarian! 
I'm not quite there yet, but every day I get a little closer to being ready for the world of query submissions and rejection slips. Until then I'm still learning how to see a story all the way through to the end.
