@SuperCrusher He can but he doesn't like doing it since he doesn't have shoes that have heaters in them due to his drawback of getting frostbite himself if he overuses his quirk

@Rai_vee I love windbreaker but I think frostbite should have more updates so far it's pretty good

Just like when fuyumi and natsuo made an ice shield to get close to dabi
