Someone anyone please please please. I need some help. I need to start eating normally like normal sized meals and at appropriate times. It’s 12:05 am for me and I’m eating my second meal… I ate left overs almost 12 hours ago and I just need some advice or motivation to get my eating normal.

I know what you mean, it took me awhile to realize it was a problem too. I’ve learned to go slow though, making yourself eat a ton too fast will make you just want to eat less. Baby steps are okay and you can do this also drink water :)

@niallsnosehair thank you I just realized it’s a problem and I can’t keep going like this because it’s affecting my weight and causing headaches. I appreciate you so much

don’t be too hard on yourself luv you’re trying and that’s amazing. Keep trying :) you’re strong and deserve to eat and be healthy!
