However, let me reiterate the message that I've echoed many times in the Eroge VN server: Stop pestering authors, especially ones with low patience such as Lance. You can discuss about the shortage of chapters all you want, but an author is, in no way, shape or form, beholden to the interests of the readers. Stop all the nonsensical pestering, begging, demanding and anything of the sort.
Some of you might have grown accustomed to Lance's high-quality writing and forgot a fact: he is not a professional writer. Thus, his writing "schedule" is regulated by no one but himself. Trying to influence that would not only get you nowhere, but also come off as demanding, rude and disturbing. So stop doing that.

@GT29Schopenhauer I didn't say he can't. But being like this only shows lack of character and how fickle he is. If you really want to go towards the technicalities of it all then you should also consider the fact it is "fundamentally within our rights" to spam his comments and everywhere else with our demands for more chapter but we don't. Back to the reality, I don't care if he is being bothered or something, that is life. I come to this platform to read not to hear someone whine about their lack of grasp with the reality. As such, don't defend him. To put it in another analogy. Just like that person annoyed the author, the author also annoys us every once in a while with his 'holier than thou attitude'. Anyways, I won't bother checking back to this conversation so if you have any other opinions, you may do with them what you may for I won't reply so don't bother waiting. Have a pleasant day.

Yes, I unpublished the Eroge fic for a while, but now it's back. So rejoice, it's not gone. Why did I do that? To make a point about what can happen if you continue to blabber "UPDATE PLS UPDATE PLS UPDATE PLS UPDATE PLS" personally. One guy pushed me there, and he saw what could happen if I had enough. Deleting stories isn't new to me, and it can happen at the snap of a finger.
Think twice about what you tell me.

@RainSennin What ones have you deleted for good, and are they at least archived somewhere for the sake of preservation? I really dislike it when authors delete their own fanfics, it feels like deleting a tiny piece of online history to me. Sorry to bother.

@RainSennin que bien que volverá tu obra a tener actividad espero saber cómo continuará por que es muy buena la obra y se comprende que te molestarlas por esas personas que te dicen actualizar como si fueran dueño una cosa es preguntar cuándo volverá y otra es exigir que lo actualicen no es fácil hacer un capítulo más una de cote por que tienes que tener muchos puntos en cuenta como la personalidad de los personajes y la reacción de ellos como también evitar que las ideas choquen y la historia pierda sentido

I tried looking for the COTE THE EROGE fic but it's not showing up anymore. I guess that means you're definitely not going to continue it. I assume you're sick of people asking you about it when you already have another one going on. Please correct me if I'm wrong. If it's true, then so be it. But I feel sorry for it since it was my favorite of all the COTE fics.
