Well.  I'm back.  Writing just isn't fun when I show it to no one.  So I am gonna post again.

Had a moment of clarity last night.  I am going to stop posting my writing online.  All doing so has really done is discourage me and make me feel pressured to work on something I haven't worked on in a while and I have entirely lost sight of why I started writing in the first place.  So yeah.  That's that.

Just making an announcement saying that I am officially on hiatus for a while.  My college courses start in less than a week and I don't want the pressure of feeling bad about not posting.  So, I am removing that pressure by just not posting.  I'll be back eventually.  Probably once I get back in the rhythm of school but we'll see.

Well, it appears as if Wattpad has removed the story quote art feature from mobile.  Thus giving me zero reason to stick around anymore.  I will keep my account open just because there's a few people I still talk to, but I am taking everything down.  If anyone doesn't want me to do this, speak now or forever hold your peace.   Alternatively, I am now posting on Tapas and Archive Of Our Own under the same username as on Wattpad.  So yeah.  It was a run.  Not a good run, but it was a run.

I am unpublishing Hellbent because I am going to rewrite it.  Sorry.

I'm putting everything I took down back up.  Just, all at once.  I tried to post on a schedule but did not get the results I wanted and it just ended up stressful.  I will keep posting when I have something, but don't expect it to be often.  Mostly, I am leaving my works up so I can use Wattpad quotes for Instagram.  My plan though is to make a blog of my own that I will promote instead of trying to promote here.  Cause frankly, after two years of trying and failing to build an audience here, I have grown tired of being discouraged all the time.  So yeah.  I will keep using the forums probably because I like the community and will keep using WP to read.  I'm just not going to promote anymore here.  Once I set up my blog I will make another announcement with the link, but that'll take some time to set up.  Anyway.  That's all I have.

I think I can come back to Wattpad now.  I have come to realize that being here encouraged me to write and wasn't causing as much stress as I thought it was.  So, I will put things back up, but not all at once.  Also, I decided to return to college.  I will be doing so this Fall.  So, I won't have as much time to write when that starts but I will do what I can still.  Anyway, enough of my rambling.  Thanks to those who have been patient with me.

I think I need to take a break from Wattpad for a while.  I am entirely losing sight of what makes writing fun and have been looking at it more as an obligation than something I love to do.  As such, I am going to unpublish everything for now.  It'll go back up when I come back.  Right now though, I can't handle the stress of feeling obligated to post (and failing to do so).  So yeah.  I shouldn't be gone more than a few weeks.  Just...long enough to get my head back on straight.
