@AwakenAtlantis Yeah, definitely a much happier outcome. The drama and heartbreak will be there, but there's no way I can leave things as they canonically are. This world is so crazy, dangerous, and sad as it is... we need a bit of relief from time to time.  I tried to come up with an idea that makes sense indeed (hopefully), and I'm starting to build bits of that in the current story, even though I can't reveal anything at this stage. 
            
            They had to make some changes in the show, and thus some things did not play out as they did in the comics. However, I'd say they've been pretty accurate with most key parts/dialogues, and the ending was quite surprising because, for a moment, I actually thought they were going to change it (which would have been a very bold move). As devastating as episode 11 is, I was glat to see my idea could work still. It would be a pain to plan the entire thing anew! 
            
            Episode 5 and 6 in season 2 are really great! They did a nice job with Orpheus' story.

@RainbowMoonstone1111 glad to hear that everything is going well. I can’t wait to read the next chapter of your story when it releases. I’m guessing the ending that you are mentioning for the sequel will not only make sense but also would be happier. Lol, doesn’t have to be but I am a sucker for happy endings. And I will definitely have to watch season 2 then. To see what happens. And it is hard to not love not only Tom’s performance as Morpheus  but Morpheus himself so I’m with you about that one! And I’m doing great just living through the chaos of life and planning out stories.

            All is well, just life being chaotic. I'm currently editing the next chapter, so it should be posted either tomorrow or the day after, I would say.
            Oh yes, I have watched it the moment it was released. Needless to say, I cried my eyes out even though I knew what to expect. In fact, I already have a sequel planned based on it BUT with a fix-it ending that has been built over the lore. So in theory, it should make sense. I'd say definitely give it a watch because it's worth it. Tom's performance this season was SUPERB, even better than the first. Morpheus is just *chef kiss* and I love him so damn much.

@RainbowMoonstone1111 I believe I did, it was a good while back. So not all of that day stayed with me, haha. Plus I have a horrible memory as it is, one minute someone can say something and it’ll be forgotten while they wonder why I didn’t do what they asked or remembered a word said.

@RainbowMoonstone1111 yeah, I was definitely freaked out. I thought at the time “oh my gosh, is someone going to be signed into mine?!?” I honestly don’t even understand how it happened, it still confuses me to this day.

@RainbowMoonstone1111 hope you're doing okay. It's been a while but no hurry on updates alright just take your time to work out details in your sandman story okay. 

@authorclbooth Thankfully I have almost the full thing, so I mainly need to improve the old chapters and align everything together. There should be much less to edit the further I go. But indeed, writing and art in general requires time and effort.
            Also yay! Happy belated birthday! We are lucky they were already finishing the second season when the Gaiman news spread, otherwise they would have killed it.

@authorclbooth I enjoyed what you wrote so far and loving the additional details you put into it to make it your own. Take your time with the ideas you have, trust me I did the same. Art takes time and writing works just the same. I'm excited for season 2 to coming out since I had a birthday over a week ago and this was my one wish I made to have a season 2 come out and it came true.

@authorclbooth Thank you so much! I'm about to polish and post Chapter 11 as we speak. The story is a bit long (it will contain around 30 chapters in total), so I'm trying to speed edit whenever I get the chance so that I can properly catch up. I'm including a bunch of concepts and lore, so hopefully you will enjoy what's been planned. The first episodes of season 2 are coming out in four days, so I'm sure I'll be able to start plotting and connecting things.
